• The capital of the Netherlands, Amsterdam, with unlimited possibilities.

• A slightly smaller Amsterdam, is the city of Haarlem.

• The city famous for her cheese market on Friday, Alkmaar. 

• A bit further up North, a city with a lovely old centre, Hoorn.

• The famous fishing village of Volendam on the Ijsselmeer, combined with the island Marken where time stood still.

• The beautiful colours of the tulips at the Keukenhof.

• To see miniature version of the Netherlands, visit Madurodam.
