CHECK IN

The check in takes place at the reception of Europarcs Buitenhuizen. You can check in between 3 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us when you arrive later than 8 pm. The reception of the resort will be closed, but there will be a key in the safe at the reception. You will find the code for the safe there as well.

You can also use the possibility to check in early at 1 pm. The additional charges are mentioned in the app and on the EuroParcs website. Please inform us when you want to check in early, so we can arrange this for you.

CHECK OUT

Things we would appreciate you do before check out.

1.     Do not leave dirty dishes. Please empty the dishwasher.

2.     Dispose the garbage in the separate containers you can find on the right side of the central parking area.

3.     Please put your bedding in a pillow case near the front door inside of the chalet.

The check out time is 10 am. You can check out at the reception of the resort. If the reception is closed, you can leave your key in the key box at the reception. Please inform the reception when you want to check out earlier than 7 am. You will receive a coin to open the bar in front of the resort.

You can also choose for a late check out at 12 noon, so you can stay with us a little bit longer. The additional charges are mentioned in the app and on the EuroParcs website. Please inform us when you want to check out late.
